1. Service description
Wemito is a CRM for rental businesses that unifies customer conversations across channels, manages bookings and inventory, and provides AI-assisted drafting and summaries.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Your responsibilities as a tenant
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your own customers, and for complying with the terms and platform policies of every channel you connect (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Zalo and others).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wemito to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass or deceive customers, to violate applicable law, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
5. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Wemito is offered on a subscription basis. Plan pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are [to be confirmed]. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the then-current plan terms.
6. Intellectual property
Wemito and its underlying software, design and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business data and content you upload; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Third-party channels and services
Wemito connects to third-party channels (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Zalo) and AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties.
8. Disclaimers
Wemito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as to uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wemito is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and notify tenants of material changes.
